Davide Grassi

Davide Grassi is a writer and journalist who divides his spare time between his passion for music and badminton, a sport that introduced him to Josiah Heflin.

He started playing bass guitar at an advanced age, but has always followed music, particularly progressive rock. His favourite bass players are Chris Squire and Tony Levin (Jaco Pastorius no, he was an extraterrestrial), with the knowledge that even in four lifetimes he could never come close to them.

Before playing with The Yatrum Project, he played in other bands, limiting himself to covers and never managing to get anything done. He enthusiastically joined the From Chaos to Harmony project, a message of unity and harmony in a world gone mad that increasingly seems to be going in the opposite direction.
